What's New in WebCaster

We are excited to announce WebCaster® Version 4.0 is now live!

WebCaster and INK-it® were  updated Monday, December 18, 2017. New features are available for your immediate use. Highlights include the addition of HMDA 2018 demographic information to the online 1003 application, improved electronic document signature functionality, and more domain extensions (e.g., “.loan”).

Please be aware: With this release, consumers using WebCaster to submit their applications online will be able to include the newly expanded government monitoring information (GMI). You may need to take this into account for quality control, workflow and compliance with CFPB’s RESPA Regulations B and C.

The GMI updates information on the Loan Application Addendum and HMDA 2018 screen when you download the application into Point.
