WebCaster Version 4.0

We are excited to announce that WebCaster® Version 4.0 is now live! This release includes the following:

• Revised online application which includes the HMDA 2018 demographic information.
• Enhanced electronic document signature functionality:
• Added HTTPS security to electronic document signature email link.
• Security question activities  now logged in the Evidence Summary.
• Relabeled “INK-it®”on borrower-facing pages to “eSignature”.
• Enabled download of documents before borrowers to download documents before signing.
• Added more domain extensions (for example, .loan).

WebCaster Version 3.2, Service Pack 4

• Added an attestation check box to the 4506/4506-T electronic signature form for borrowers to acknowledge during document signing.
• Modified the borrower instructions to ensure the long form application will save properly.

WebCaster Version 3.2, Service Pack 3

• Reconfigured the long and short application to comply with the new TRID regulations.
• Added functionality to the Administration site to enable and disable the fields on each application which trigger the disclosure requirement.
• Changed the “Submit Application” label for buttons and menu items to “Get Started” to more accurately reflect that the borrower is only completing information, not submitting an application.
  
  

INK-it Release Notes

To meet lenders’ requirements, the Point interface was updated so users can combine documents for signature into one PDF. Additional fields were added to Point to accommodate borrower and co-borrower full names rather than only their first and last name. Adding completed INK-it document packages to the Point document repository was automated so Point users can now add the entire package in one action rather than having to add each document individually.
