Customer Service is available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central at 800.342.2599 or via email. Customer service emails and calls are always free of charge for licensed users of current versions.

To receive help instantly from any screen in Point, simply press F1 and a window appears containing the information you need to know about the screen or function you're using. There's no need to search for help topics–all relevant information is at your fingertips. And exploring the functionality of Point has never been faster or easier. When you press F1, you not only get help, but you also learn more about the functionality of the screen you're using.
