PointCentral 10.1 Release Notes

The main purpose of this release is to update PointCentral functionality to provide users the ability to produce Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) Loan Application Register (LAR) Reports for 2018 and forward.

Features

• Added support for the new HMDA LAR report

General Issues Resolved

• Prepayment Penalty f5709, Total Loan Costs f5760, and multifamily units f5766 will now generate on reports if Not applicable is selected (HMDA 2018)
• Loan Purpose f7012 will now populate on reports (HMDA 2018)
• When adding new fields in Definitions section of the PointCentral Edit Rules page, and a duplicate is added, the Field is Already in Use error message will now display, instead of the system adding a blank field.
