We now offer two Pricer1 versions to better meet the specific needs of both buyers and sellers:

• Custom Pricer1 is used by portfolio lenders to manage their own rates and fees from their loan origination software.
• Investor Pricer1 is used by originators to search for investor pricing based on product types, rates, margins, etc.

Loan originators can price scenarios instantly and correctly in both versions without using paper, and only eligible rate cards and programs are visible to users. Rate and fee information, including Loan Level Price Adjustments, are automatically imported into loan files. Pricer1 also sends, tracks and preserves every rate quote and lock request.

Pricer automatically populates and updates real-time pricing in Point to deliver accurate and consistent data.
