New Zip Features Enhance Company-Level Controls

DALLAS - April 3, 2019 - Calyx Software®, a leading provider of comprehensive mortgage software solutions for banks, credit unions, mortgage bankers, wholesale and correspondent lenders and brokers, announced today that it has enhanced Zip™, the company’s easy-to-use point-of-sale (POS) platform, to provide larger organizations with greater control and transparency over individual user profiles.

With this update, banks, credit unions, and non-bank lenders can designate a Chief Administrator, who has complete control to oversee, manage and standardize all of the company’s individual user accounts with ease. The Chief Administrator can standardize the content on each of their company's Zip user websites to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies. In addition, the Chief Administrator can oversee activity and billing from all users, generate a single billing report, and set up ACH payment.

This update also gives Zip users the ability to turn the Spanish language option for the borrower interview and website content "on" or "off" via the admin page.
