Regarding OCTOBER 1 "FHA" changes: We will “discuss” the changes that are proposed to take effect (Changes to MIP, down payment, down payment assistance, etc.)

Designed specifically for loan originators, Loan Origination in Point will take you through the key aspects of loan origination and marketing. The class covers prequalification, the Good Faith Estimate, the Truth and Lending statement, and data security. You’ll learn you how to maximize your borrower’s chances for automated underwriting approval by evaluating key loan parameters and identifying loan programs that are particularly well suited for your borrower’s specific profile. You’ll also learn how to use the marketing and reporting tools in Point to identify prospects and promote your services.
Using a sample file with data that is typically submitted by a loan officer, you’ll begin by auditing the loan application. Stages covered include initial client contact, tracking, final signing, and closing. You’ll learn a practical sequence of steps—including cross checks—that make loan processing fast and efficient.
