Stay Compliant with Point 6.2
Coming Soon
Point 6.2, scheduled for release in mid-September, has the updates you need to comply with the new laws!
The FHA Loan Underwriting and Transmittal Summary is a mandatory update needed to stay in compliance. Beginning 10/1/2008, FHA will ONLY accept loan submissions using the new FHA Loan Underwriting and Transmittal Summary. This new form replaces the MCAW for Purchase and Refinance transactions.
The FHA HUD/VA 92900 Addendum has also been updated with mandatory changes including signature lines for Co-Borrowers and new required verbiage. Beginning 10/1/2008, this revised form must be used in order to be in compliance on loans insured by FHA.
California's Department for Real Estate requires the use of an updated MLDS for Traditional (Form 883) and Non-Traditional Loans (Form 885). While the DRE has been revising their regulations and the respective forms, keeping your Point license current you will ensure you receive the required updates to keep you in compliant.
